Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. **Exceptions are made for custom orders; you will be informed on your custom order's processing time when you inquire about a custom order via email.**
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use United States Postal Service for all domestic shipping.
Free shipping for orders over $50.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to all countries that Shopify is available in.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pretty Girl Motorsports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
SHIPPING DAMAGES:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at prettygirlmotorsports@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES:
Pretty Girl Motorsports is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier. Please allow ample time for your order to be shipped (ie. be aware of holidays and other possible shipping disruptions). If orders (both custom and non-custom) are time sensitive, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any possible delays. In the event of lost packages, shipping insurance is purchased for orders over $100. If your package is lost, please email your order number and tracking to prettygirlmotorsports@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
